We are within walking distance of Nature Trails, Multi Use Path, Boat Launch, Fishing Pier, Parks, Schools, Library, and Recreational Center with Tennis Courts and Pickleball Courts. We are conveniently located between Pensacola Beach and Pensacola. We are only a 10–15 minute drive to Beautiful, White Sand Beaches, Restaurants, Shops, Blue Angels Air Shows, Art Exhibits, Entertainment Venues, Museums, and Historic Sites. The condo units have been upgraded, and the Community is well maintained with attractive landscaping and amenities such as a Pool and Clubhouse. This website has been established for the convenience of the Owners to allow you to quickly and efficiently find the information you need about your community.  It is the goal of the Board of Directors to offer the most important information about your Association conveniently and in one place through this website.  Some of the information available includes: information about the Association and the Board of Directors, as well as important contact information, meeting dates, news, events, links, newsletters, documents, meeting minutes, association dues information and budgets, etc.​

​Our Association is proudly managed by a professional Community Association Management Company (CAM) which works off the direction of the Sailwind Condominium Board of Directors.  Their primary purpose, among other duties, is enforcement of the Association’s Restrictive Covenants.
